“Ah, Djokovic…“, sighs Brazilian journalist Reinaldo Azevedo, thinking about the Serbian tennis player who was banned from the Australian Open this Sunday (1/16) after a trial in which the jury decided that his visa will remain cancelled.
“There are things that only exists in Australia: kangaroo, platypus, koala, wombat, dingo, Tasmanian devil, quokka… But Australians don’t accept stupid tennis players and anti-vaccinists“, continued the journalist.
Djokovic, reigning champion of the tournament, was unable to participate in the competition in which he would seek his record 21 Grand Slam titles. He will be deported and will still have to pay the costs of the trial, which lasted nearly nine hours.
“As skillful as he is with the racket in his hand, the problem is the shit in his head“, said Reinaldo Azevedo.
